And then there was the Insurance Companies!!!

Even after going through all the pain and suffering due to the accident now its time to deal with the insurance companies. Now its one thing for sure when its time for you to make your monthly payment they have the best customer service in the world. Yet, when it comes time to pay out money on a policy to the policy holder due to the uninsured motor claim or collision they are the last people you want to deal with. You would think they would make it as easy as possible for you because you have been through so much already due to the accident, but they don't. They try to make it as difficult as they can so you can give up and take what ever they give you. Don't give up make them do their jobs and pay you like you should be paid.

Don't you just hate it when you have an accident and the opposite party involved in the accident don't really have insurence but just have the papers showing they do?
They keep fictious papers in their car to keep the police from towing the car but you don't find out they don't have insurance until its to late. Then you have to deal with your insurance company. While nothing really happens to the other driver unless you decide to sue them which causes more out of pocket expenses. I don't think its fair at all. I feel the police should come up with a way to run the insurance immediately at the time of the accident to see if the insurance is fictious or not. If they find the insurance is fictious they should tow the car, the owner should spend some time in jail and made to pay a fine. If they do this I am almost positive this will stop people from committing insurance fraud. What do you think????
